The newest addition to Ox Mountain Glamping is the ‘Hideaway’, which is a quaint wooden cabin replica at the edge of the forest.  This very secluded location holds its own private spectacular lit boardwalk running alongside a stream, inviting you to unwind step by step while looking around. Once you walk under the tree leaved arch you will find yourself on a spacious wooden patio area with views up the valley and as an ideal base to observe wildlife and farm animals alike.  The fully restored and converted mobile home boasts all commodities like 3 separate bedrooms, kitchenette, large lounge with open view, shower and toilet.

The Hideaway joins the Red Bus, Lodge, Treehouse, Cottage, Shepherds Hut and Bunk n Barn, Monica and Dermot pride themselves as superhosts on Airbnb and offer outdoor enthusiasts a wealth of information about the area, Whatever size of your family or club/organization you will find this as ideal accommodation with a difference, Children can explore the farm and meet all the farm animal like Genie the pygmy goat, Babe the miniature pig, Bella and Hunter – dogs, also ducks, chickens and cuddly rabbits are on site.

A safe campfire area is available to guests to use for fun roasting marshmallows.

It is made up of a single open room housing a comfortable sofa which folds out to a double bed at one end of the Hut and a double storage press with worktop area at the other side of the Hut. We have a fold-out table area where you can enjoy your meals with a view. There is also an electric space heater. The exterior of the Hut has extensive grounds for camping, and a picnic bench is provided beside the Hut for you to enjoy outdoor meals or drinks. The Ox Mountain Shepherds Hut can sleep two on its fold-out sofa, extra guest can sleep beside the Hut in tent accommodation.
