Welcome to Ox Mountain Glamping. These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and use of our website and accommodation facilities located in Masshill, Tubbercurry, County Sligo, Ireland. By making a reservation or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Ox Mountain Glamping

Ox Mountain Glamping offers unique rural accommodation experiences including:

• The Moonlite Cruiser

• The Hideaway

• The Red Bus

• Ox Mountain Treehouse

• Ox Mountain Cottage

• Ox Mountain Lodge

• Ox Mountain Shepherd’s Hut

• Bunk ’n’ Barn

All accommodations are located on our private glamping site in Co. Sligo.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

All bookings must be made through our official website or approved booking platforms.

• A valid payment method is required to confirm your reservation.

• Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

• Prices are listed in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your stay details.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the accommodation type and season.

• Cancellations made within the stated free cancellation period may receive a full refund.

• Cancellations outside this period may result in partial or full loss of payment.

• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

We strongly recommend guests consider travel insurance.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM

• Check-out time: 12:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.

Guests must provide accurate contact information at booking.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Treat the accommodation and property with care.

• Respect other guests and maintain reasonable noise levels.

• Follow all safety instructions provided.

• Supervise children at all times.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and may be charged accordingly.

6. Group Bookings & Bunk ’n’ Barn

The Bunk ’n’ Barn and group accommodations may have additional conditions:

• Minimum group size may apply.

• Schools and organized groups must provide supervision details.

• Bedding may not be provided (as specified on the accommodation page).

Please review individual accommodation details before booking.

7. Safety & Liability

Ox Mountain Glamping is located in a rural, natural environment.

Guests acknowledge:

• Outdoor terrain may be uneven.

• Weather conditions may affect activities.

• Use of facilities is at your own risk.

We are not liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

• Injuries resulting from misuse of facilities.

• Events beyond our control (force majeure).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability under Irish law.

8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree:
